By accessing or using the services provided by My Blue Collar AI, a service of Crown Heights Holdings L.L.C. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
My Blue Collar AI provides AI-powered voice answering, chat, lead capture, appointment booking, and CRM automation services for trades and home service businesses. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.
Service tiers include:
Your first payment covers both setup and your first month of service. Subsequent payments are billed monthly on the same date. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice to tony@mybluecollarai.com. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Upon receipt of payment, we will begin configuring your AI system. Standard setup is completed within 3-5 business days. You agree to provide accurate business information necessary for configuration including business name, services offered, service area, and hours of operation.
As part of our service, your customers may receive SMS messages including appointment confirmations, booking details, and follow-up communications on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your customers have provided appropriate consent to receive such messages in accordance with applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
All SMS messages sent through our platform include opt-out instructions. Recipients may reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

We strive to maintain 99% uptime for all AI services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers including telecommunications carriers, GHL platform outages, or force majeure events.
All content, branding, AI configurations, and systems provided by My Blue Collar AI remain the intellectual property of Crown Heights Holdings L.L.C. You retain ownership of your business data and customer information.
We treat all client business information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information or customer data to third parties except as required to deliver our services or comply with legal obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown Heights Holdings L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes. Results vary based on your business, market, and implementation.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use of our services. Upon termination, your AI systems will be deactivated and your data retained for 30 days before deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.
